Responsibilities

The AMO Region Marcom Specialist (RMS) will lead improvement and implementation of more effective territory and installed-based marketing program tactics. As a key member of the AMO metrics-driven organization and aligned with the Market Initiative Managers (MIM) and all region marketing campaigns, the RMS will use ROI analysis of existing marketing campaign journey performance to recommend continuous tactical improvement, holistically-across all AMO marketing campaigns. They will also look externally to benchmark creative new ideas from competitors (Refer-a -Friend, Forward-Invite-to-a-Colleague) as well as beyond T&M companies (including B-to-C, B-to-B). They will work closely and collaboratively with all AMO MIMs to develop and deploy the most effective tactics to grow contact names, unique MQLs and ultimately orders. The RMS will also ensure that all tactics include optimal integration of all applicable marketing initiatives (Services, SW, PathWave, PRPs, etc.).

In addition, working with the Keysight World Americas Project Manager, the RMS will be the Keysight World marketing tactics lead. The RMS is also responsible for the completion of Customer Success Stories submitted by AMO MIMs.

Key responsibilities and activities:
* Partner with MIM to understand marketing campaign strategy and evaluate region journey ROI metrics for best practices (with A-B testing) across multiple criteria including response rates, cost/revenue analysis, qualitative key learnings, and overall results and then recommend changes to improve existing tactics
* Conduct ongoing analysis to evaluate and measure marketing journey tactic effectiveness with the goal of continuous process improvement to maximize marketing program ROI
* Utilize DOMO to understand campaign ROI metrics to optimize marketing campaign journey tactical planning and goal setting; work with MIMs to develop market and customer insights to optimize the effectiveness of marketing territory events/programs
* Utilize Eloqua to build new campaigns, create emails and monitor results.
* Recommend and develop improved tactical marketing deliverables
* Serve as liaison to all MIMs to ensure tactical alignment to deliver territory marketing programs consistent with regional marketing campaign objectives, segmentation and results (new contacts, MQLs, etc.)
* Perform assessment of competitor marketing programs and tactics including marcom, events, web presence, etc. and propose marketing tactics to dilute or counteract competitive moves; also evaluate external, non-T&M companies
* Work cross functionally (with KGM) to improve and implement processes as needed.
* As the Keysight World marketing tactics lead, drive consistency of Global Keysight World branding, messaging and themes; design and coordination of Event 'look and feel'; work with partners to establish sponsorships; interface with associated vendors and KW Program Lead; lead communications for event landing page design and creation, event promotion through multi-channels; develop presentation template and review presentation material for flow and visual interest/excitement; responsible for coordinating marcom aspects of PR event; development and deployment of handouts (USB?, hardcopy booklet?, e-book?); marcom budget and PO management and control
* Ensure that key customer successes are converted to customer success stories. Manage process: Review abstract for 'fit'; write/edit success stories as needed; write with customer name or rewrite for generic version; possibly work directly with FEs on story


Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Marketing Communications or related field

(MBA preferred, technical knowledge a plus)
* Superior quantitative abilities, and written and verbal and interpersonal communications skills
* Must be flexible, creative and think strategically as well as tactically
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proficient in Oracle Eloqua.
* Detail-oriented person with good project management skills; results driven
* Demonstrated success in the design and execution of integrated marketing programs.
* Possess strong business acumen, analytical skills and ROI analysis; ability to master DOMO
* Ability to thrive in always fast-paced, often chaotic environment.

Santa Rosa, CA Pay Range: $70,000.00- $117,000.00
