Brown and Caldwell is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. The selected individual will utilize their knowledge of project delivery, business expertise, and metrics, as well as project processes, resources, and techniques to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and deliver quality to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and personal effectiveness skills. The success of our project delivery teams begins with the leadership of the project manager. Consequently, our ideal candidate will exhibit leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, a strong organizational aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to motivate and manage diverse teams and handle multiple tasks with competing priorities. Hybrid work is allowed; Candidates should be able to work out of the Pittsburgh office a couple of days/week. Detailed Description: We are seeking a Project Manager with experience leading, managing, empowering, and overseeing projects and projects teams in delivering complete, quality projects that meet objectives and business performance goals for our clients and BC. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to execute work on projects and to help ensure successful client relationships. You will also work closely with strong technical experts and other leaders in the Northeast offices and the East Region and as needed, across the country. Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future. Location A: $106,000 - $145,000 Location B: $117,000 - $160,000 Location C: $128,000 - $174,000 You can view which BC location applies to you here.
