Your Job

As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial information for Molex. This role creates value by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of monthly financial submissions to Koch Industries, Inc., supporting consolidated reporting processes, and contributing to audits and other compliance activities. You'll gain exposure to Molex's global operations and develop strong technical skills through collaboration with Corporate Accounting, Regional Finance, and other Corporate Finance capabilities. This role provides a strong foundation for future career growth within the finance and accounting organization.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in completing the consolidated financials and monthly close for Molex.
  • Prepare components of the monthly consolidated financial reporting package submitted to Koch Industries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statement footnotes, supporting schedules, and variance analyses.
  • Perform recurring and ad hoc reconciliations and rollforwards to support consolidated reporting and compliance with US GAAP.
  • Support accounting and reporting for select non routine transactions under the direction of senior team members (e.g., acquisitions, impairments, restructurings).
  • Assist with the preparation of audit support schedules and respond to audit inquiries.
  • Participate in system/process enhancements, standardization efforts, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with regional and functional accounting teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting quality.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or pursuing CPA preferred
  • 2+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or industry
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; exposure to large ERP or consolidation systems a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in a global finance environment or a manufacturing/industrial company
  • Familiarity with multinational consolidations and foreign currency concepts
  • Experience supporting audits (internal or external)
  • Exposure to purchase accounting or other complex accounting areas
  • Experience with SAP, OneStream, or Active Disclosure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $110,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
