You'll be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers, providing thoughtful, solutiondriven support that makes people feel heard and valued. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problemsolving, thrives in fastpaced environments, and wants to grow within an innovative tech company. You'll manage multiple queues in Zendesk, handling 50-80 email tickets per day, supported by clear documentation and proven SOPs to help you succeed. What You'll Do * Deliver exceptional email support to buyers and sellers through Zendesk * Resolve inquiries related to payments, orders, shipments, and general platform questions * Build expertise in platform products, tools, and processes * Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues * Identify trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce repeat contacts What We're Looking For * Motivated individuals excited to launch or grow a career in a fastpaced, innovative environment * Strong customerfirst mindset with proactive problemsolving skills * Willingness to learn new tools and systems (Zendesk, Kustomer, Intercom, etc.) * Interest in eCommerce or online marketplaces * Weekend availability required * Knowledge of collectibles is a plus * Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred * Startup experience is a plus Schedule & Shift Information * Fulltime, 40 hours per week * Open availability required, including holidays * Operating hours: Monday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 11:30 PM PST * Common shifts include: * 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM * 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM * 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM * 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM PST * Shift bids are conducted quarterly based on performance and seniority Why You'll Love It Here * Competitive benefits and generous timeoff policies * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Workfromhome support and home office setup allowance * Monthly stipends for wellness, internet, phone, and platform usage * Annual childcare allowance and lifetime family planning benefits * 401(k) with employer match up to 4% * 16 weeks of paid parental leave with a gradual returntowork program Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
