We have multiple IMMEDIATE NEEDS for our client in Ann Arbor! Note, after training is completed - you have the eligibility to work remotely! If you love IT, are looking for that next move in your IT career or just to get started - - consider this opening! In this role, you will be supporting thousands of customers nationwide via phone with detailed process, run prewritten scripts/automation, and complete validation test transactions to confirm success. Any networking issues would be escalated to the proper team. What You'll Do: * Lead customers through step-by-step instructions over the phone * Execute documented procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail * Validate successful transactions with test orders and confirm customer readiness * Document outcomes and escalate exceptions when needed Must-Have Skills: * Professional IT support experience (Internship, Help Desk, Desktop Support, etc. ) * Strong communication & customer service * Proven ability to follow detailed documentation/processes precisely and have a high attention to detail Shift is 5 days a week, overnight. Start and end times vary based on the two different shifts. Again, remote after training after 6 weeks! Some shifts are Sunday - Thursday, while the others are Tuesday - Saturday.
