Contract Attorney - Excellent Opportunity -Tysons Corner, VA

Excellent opportunity to turn contract work into becoming an associate at our law firm. We are seeking dozens of Contract Attorneys to become a part of our law firm team. Attorneys will provide legal services to a federal agency to assist in the adjudication of multiple cases brought against the agency. This is an opportunity for the right attorneys to later join our legal team in our Tysons office working with our government contractor client matters. We have done that in the past when a contract ended.

Responsibilities:

• Review agency records for evidence of misrepresentation or breach of contract
• Review and summarize relevant evidence
• Adjudicate - determine applicable standard to be applied
• Provide recommendations on approval or denial of claim
• Draft detailed letter articulating why there is a denial or approval and if approved the appropriate standard of relief

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an ABA approved law school
• Barred to practice law within the United States
• Must be a US citizen
• Experience using document review software Familiarity with various legal documents skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work is either remote or in our Tysons VA office.
