The Job at a Glance The Director, Finance role will support the company's continued growth and operational excellence. This role will partner closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and group functional leadership to drive cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across divisions. The Director, Finance will serve as the finance lead on major strategic programs ensuring strong financial rigor, value realization, and decision support across initiatives spanning systems, processes, controls, and operating models prioritizing time and resources to fulfill the plan, building communication, and successfully leading projects. The salary range for this role is $146,028.10- $218,147.36 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some an annual bonus depending on the role.
