The Job at a Glance

The Director, Finance role will support the company's continued growth and operational excellence. This role will partner closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and group functional leadership to drive cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across divisions.

The Director, Finance will serve as the finance lead on major strategic programs ensuring strong financial rigor, value realization, and decision support across initiatives spanning systems, processes, controls, and operating models prioritizing time and resources to fulfill the plan, building communication, and successfully leading projects. We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships and give visibility via reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to the PMO, Group functional and Initiative leaders!

A Typical Day

  • Act as the primary finance partner to the PMO on cross functional enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Embed financial discipline into program governance, business cases, milestones, and benefits realization tracking
  • Support prioritization and sequencing of transformation initiatives based on financial impact and resource capacity
  • Lead financial modeling, cross-charge and ROI analysis, and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights for executive decision-making.
  • Track and report on value creation, cost savings, productivity gains, and margin improvement
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and other functions to redesign processes and improve scalability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organization.
  • Drive alignment across functions and ensure accountability for financial outcomes.

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • You have 15+ years of progress experience
  • You bring deep, hands-on experience with OneStream, including planning and reporting.
  • Bonus points if you have your CPA, MBA, or similar credential
  • You're an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)

The salary range for this role is $146,028.10- $218,147.36 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
