Our Company The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, Content is a strategic leader responsible for driving predictive insight for content optimization across multiple business units. This role shapes a multi-year intelligence strategy that improves content utilization, marketplace liquidity, and readiness for emerging customer and AI model-training needs. You will transform analytics into scalable, automated intelligence that informs content acquisition, monetization pathways, contributor performance, and portfolio-level investment. Partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and content operations, you will translate complex data into actionable recommendations that influence prioritization and business model evolution. This leader will also build and develop a high-performing analytics team, elevate organizational intelligence maturity, and accelerate real-time, data-driven decision support at scale. What You'll Do
In New York, the pay range for this position is $196,400 - $284,325 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $178,600 - $258,700 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
