  • Lead all aspects of building visualization dashboards, important metrics, and reporting frameworks that surface sourcing efficiency, contributor performance, and content economic value.
  • Partner cross-functionally across product, engineering, content, finance, and enterprise teams to operationalize insights, evolve business models, and accelerate real-time predictive decisions.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a hard-working analytics team, strengthening talent capabilities, driving analytical rigor, and maturing organizational intelligence practices at scale.
What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems into measurable frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL (or Hive), Python or R, ETL development, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
  • Proven experience building and operationalizing predictive models, forecasting systems, and segmentation frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and advanced statistical modeling, and designing executive-ready dashboards using Tableau or equivalent.
