As the Senior Executive Assistant, you'll support the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the HR Leadership Team. This is more than just an administrative role-it's your opportunity to be a key partner and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for a world-class organization.

In this dynamic and highly visible position, you'll leverage your expertise to support critical HR systems administration, coordinate payroll and PTO for HR leadership, and manage financial and vendor processes. You'll be at the heart of cross-functional HR operations, collaborating with diverse teams across HR Systems, Payroll, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance, and executive leadership. Your contributions will directly strengthen the backbone of our global HR department.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Delivers senior-level administrative and operational support to the Global CHRO and HR Department, managing calendars, meetings, and executive communications.
  • Handles HR systems and data administration, including Employee Central transactions and supporting sensitive HR processes like leave of absence and data validation.
  • Coordinates payroll, time, and PTO management for HR leadership, ensuring accurate data collection, reconciliation, and timely reporting.
  • Supports financial operations by creating purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and tracking vendor spend to maintain budget accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Acts as a central point of contact for departmental operations, maintaining shared HR documents, organizing travel and expenses, and assisting with process improvements.
  • Facilitates collaboration and communication across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and executive stakeholders, ensuring professional and confidential interactions.


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years experience providing senior-level executive administrative support, particularly within HR operations and systems.
  • Proficient with HRIS platforms (such as Employee Central), payroll, PTO tracking, and time and attendance processes.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Experienced in supporting C-suite leadership, vendor invoicing, purchase orders, and operating in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Exhibits clear communication, organizational skills, and proactive problem solving, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.


Location: This position must be based in Hercules, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $107,900 to $148,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
