THE ROLE AMD is seeking aTechnical Program Managerto join theROCmLibraries organization and lead execution across theMIOpen, Composable Kernel (CK), andhipDNNsoftware stack. In this role, you willbe responsible forendtoend program executionacross a complex, performancecritical set of GPU software libraries that support training and inference workloads on AMD Instinct GPUs. You will work closely with engineering and product leadership to drivepredictable delivery, execution rigor, and continuous improvement of software development practicesacross multiple teams. This roleoperatesat the intersection ofkernel performance, library architecture, build systems, and customerdriven requirements, requiring strong technical judgment, structured execution, and clear communication across deeply technical stakeholders. THE PERSON You have experienceoperatingin technically complex software environments whereperformance, correctness, and platform compatibilityare critical. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and are effective at introducingstructure, execution discipline, and datadriven decisionmaking. Youare able totranslate complex engineering tradeoffs intoclear plans, risks, metrics, and delivery commitments, and you communicate effectively with both engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
