POSITION SUMMARY The Accounts Payable Specialist II will be responsible for day-to-day Accounts Payable responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to, entering Accounts Payable invoices, reconciling vendor statements, reconciling accrued purchases and vendor returns accounts, and resolving disputes and price variances with vendors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage the accounting transactions for Accounts Payable. This position is expected to have a heavy emphasis on data entry of Accounts Payable invoices.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY The position has no supervisory responsibilities. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position operates in a professional office environment. The position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers and fax machines, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
