The Buyer/Planner plays a critical role in supporting the continued growth of Integrity Orthopaedics following its acquisition by Smith+Nephew. As we expand production to support broader commercial launch and increasing demand, this role will ensure uninterrupted material supply within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This position owns procurement, material planning, production planning, and inventory strategy to enable scalable operations while maintaining strict compliance with FDA and quality system requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and is motivated to build and strengthen supply chain processes during a period of operational expansion. Compensation The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $92,000.00- $137,750.00 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
