JOB DESCRIPTION

The Analyst, Content Operations, plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and data-informed decision-making across FOX Entertainment's content lifecycle. As content volume and operational complexity scale, this position leverages analysis and cross-functional collaboration to optimize workflows, enhance visibility into slate performance, and improve downstream distribution readiness.

This position partners closely with Marketing, Distribution, Business & Legal Affairs, Programming, and other internal stakeholders to support content acquisition and downstream distribution workflows.

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Content & Acquisitions team to analyze slate activity, content readiness, and acquisition milestones to identify risks, surface dependencies, and inform downstream distribution planning
  • Coordinate producer onboarding, ensuring system access and compliance across delivery platforms
  • Prepare and publish titles in the Global Screening Room, partnering with the Marketing team to ensure metadata accuracy, artwork alignment, and video fulfillment completeness
  • Facilitate pre-release screening workflows for leadership and internal stakeholders, ensuring secure access and alignment with distribution timelines
  • Partner with Business and Legal Affairs to assess and track rights availability for upcoming productions to determine downstream distribution implications, proactively communicating risks, limitations, and operational requirements to Content Distribution Operations
  • Lead workflow analysis initiatives to evaluate operational efficiency, document process gaps, and implement scalable solutions that improve automation, standardization, and cross-functional visibility
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide leadership with visibility into content volume, delivery performance, and operational KPIs

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in content operations, media operations, digital asset management, or a related field
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Airtable, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize information across multiple workflows and stakeholders
  • Comfort working with content management systems, screening platforms, and internal operational tools
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $28.75-36.06 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
