General Information: The James Madison University Libraries seeks applicants for a full-time Library Finance Specialist to support the Dean's Office. The position will coordinate and oversee fiscal activities for a complex set of Libraries Non-Personal Services (NPS) budgets, Foundation accounts, and any grants administered through Libraries. This position will also support the work of Libraries by ensuring fiscal practices are consistent, ensure compliance with all applicable state and university procurement and fiscal control policies and procedures, meet reporting requirements in service of Libraries and university needs and priorities, and support administrative decision-making through budget forecasting and analysis of trends.
