Summary: The FSQA Technician will support components of protecting safety, quality, and legality of food products being manufactured at the plant level are properly monitored and documented. This role will support the FSQA Manager with implementation of the Quality Management Program (QMP) at the primary processing level. Conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of production processes, materials, and products by performing the following duties: Note: FSQA Technicianresiding in Trident housing will be subject to a co-pay of fifteen dollars per day for room and board, for each day that at least 8 hours of work is offered Key Responsibilities:

Special Training/Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to supervisor and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
