The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Supports referral development through implementation of strategy, customer relations and development and care processes for new and existing inpatient and outpatient services.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and trust with sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to focus on the high level goals of the department and CSH

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in health services administration, business, communications, or related field
  • Healthcare and/or sales experience

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday 3pm-7pm, Thursday 5pm-9pm, Saturday 12pm-4pm, depending on event calendar and staffing needs
  • Per Diem

Essential Functions:

  • Assists with developing and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve organization volume goals, Build and manage contacts, referrals, relational database
  • Documents and assigns all activities, tasks and data through the Customer Relationship Management, CRM, system
  • Correspond with current and future stakeholders
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Plan, coordinate and or facilitate presentations and meetings to support referral development objectives
  • Assist with all aspects of patient navigation related processes including consumer-facing conversations, data gathering, administration support, data analysis, reporting and coordinating, following through and documenting outreach opportunities
  • Research and deliver information that supports referral development initiatives
  • Attend meetings as requested on behalf of the business and referral development team
  • Contribute to, represent, and support a wide range of business and referral development activities on and off site
  • Develop and implement customer relations strategies
  • Act as a link between the organization and stakeholders to help meet specific objectives
  • Provide other required and requested services to support business and referral development
  • Collaborate on new and/or expanded service/program launches, including identifying market potential
  • Create innovative approaches to target referral sources to promote enthusiasm for CSH
