Job Description:

Location: Looking for someone who lives in Oregon

The opportunity:
The Reporting Specialist ensures accurate and timely reporting of all ongoing deliverables. This position also handles ongoing professional communications with Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) regarding contractual and regulatory deliverables.

How you will contribute:

  • Process, prepare, and deliver contractual and regulatory deliverables to the organization's CCO partners - ensuring timeliness standards
  • Audit products produced by all areas of Plan Operations to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory compliance and report findings to management
  • Assist with base level data pulls for provider auditing/monitoring purposes.
  • Assis with the development and review of department SOPs.
  • Have full knowledge of all Plan policies in order to communicate these accurately to contracted providers.
  • Meet documented quantity and quality standards.
  • Other duties as needed or required

What you will bring with you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and experience in reading and comprehension of dental records
  • 2+ years working of working knowledge of OHA and CCO regulatory compliance
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Medicaid dental environment
  • Computer proficiency in a variety of Windows applications
  • Attends additional training as requested/deemed necessary

Salary: $47,700 - 64,400

In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
