Provide physical therapy services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Practice in collaboration with other members of interdisciplinary team. Educate patients, families, and others. Direct and supervise support personnel. Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources effectively and efficiently. Qualifications: Master of Science in Physical Therapy preferred; Bachelors required. Valid licensure as Physical Therapist in Massachusetts required. Current CPR certification required. Experience in ambulatory and acute care settings required. I would also say that working in a hospital-based outpatient setting allows therapists to gain experience with a wide variety of patient diagnoses and we support each clinician with the ability to have 45 min. of one/one patient care time throughout the day. What I like most about working here is that I can focus on providing quality care. I can treat the patient the way I want to. Management listens, cares, and shows up but never micromanages.
