The Role
Presidio is seeking aProfessional Scheduling Coordinatorto join our team. The Professional Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for tightly managing Presidio's engineering schedules while producing high utilization rates. They will work closely with both Engineering Delivery Team as well as the Project Management team. This role is fast past and requires someone who has the ability to multi-task while maintaining superb organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:



  • Process project-based scopes and service requests as they arrive through email
  • Act as the single point of contact for all engineering scopes and service requests
  • Assemble an appropriate project team based on skillset, scheduled meetings, project plan timelines
  • Ensure projects start in a timely manner
  • Consistently monitor engineering schedules to deliver maximum utilization
  • Internal communication with engineering managers, account managers and project managers
  • Add, cancel or make changes to engineer schedules
  • Resolve appointment conflicts


Required Skills and Professional Experience:



  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Work well with deadlines in a highly fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve problems and think quickly
  • Flexibility to adapt well to ever-changing priorities is a plus
  • Must be dependable & personable with great customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship skills


Preferred Skills and Professional Experience



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 4+ years of experience working in a professional/corporate/office environment
  • 4+ years of customer experience
  • Experience/understanding of technology projects and scheduling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word)
