Job description
The CRM Architect provides architecture leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 serving as the core backend for the Trust Fund Portal (TFP) and related applications. Dynamics 365 operates as the system of record for donor and partner management, agreements, contributions, allocations, and workflow orchestration. Angular-based frontend applications consume CRM services through defined APIs and integration layers. The role designs scalable, secure, and extensible Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with Trust Fund lifecycle processes. Responsibilities include governance of data models, custom entities, workflows, and Power Platform components while maintaining appropriate configuration versus customization balance. The Architect defines ALM standards across environments and governs solution deployment practices. The role oversees integrations between Dynamics 365 and financial systems, reporting platforms, document management systems, external partner systems, and Azure AD. This includes defining secure API strategies using Dataverse and Azure services and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards. The CRM Architect operates within the Enterprise Architecture framework and is accountable for CRM domain scalability, governance, modernization, and alignment with Trust Fund platform strategy.
