Electrical Engineer (1 to 5 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and quality-oriented individual to join our team as an Electrical Engineer with one to five years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a desire to work and grow as a team player within a multi-discipline engineering firm.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Approximate Base Salary -$80,000.00 - $105,000.00, based on experience.
• Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
• Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based oncompany/team/personal performance.
• Hybrid Work Schedule (subject to change).
• 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Knowledge of electrical engineering and construction practices
• Experience with the National and/or California Electrical Code
• Experience with a multi-discipline engineering/consulting firm
• Experience with power, lighting, communications design, and layouts utilizing Revit and/or AutoCAD preferred.
• Experience with load calculations, branch circuiting, voltage drop, short circuit calculations and photometric calculations preferred.
• Power system analysis software such as SKM, etap, etc. is a plus.
• Experience with performing photometric calculations utilizing AGi32
• Experience with performing California Title 24 calculation with EnergyPro software.
• Experience with PV/BESS (solar and battery energy storage) design a plus.

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
• Registration as EIT/FE required
• Registered as PE a plus.
• 1 plus years of experience in electrical design with electrical engineering firm in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks with supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Expected Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00, based on experience.
