Job Description:
This role aligns with ACI's official program and is common in construction/inspection firms,

Key Responsibilities:
*Perform inspections during pre-placement (e.g., formwork, reinforcement placement, embedments, preparation of substrate), placement (e.g., conveying, placing, consolidation, finishing, jointing), and post-placement (e.g., curing, protection, repair) operations for concrete construction.
*Conduct or witness sampling and testing of fresh concrete (e.g., slump, air content, temperature, unit weight) and ensure proper procedures for cylinders or other specimens.
*Document observations, measurements, test results, and any non-conformances; prepare detailed reports and communicate issues to contractors, engineers, or project managers.
*Read and interpret construction drawings/blueprints to identify requirements.
*Ensure quality control/quality assurance (QA/QC) standards are met, including for materials like concrete mixes, admixtures, and reinforcement.

Typical Requirements/Qualifications:
*Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work outdoors/on active job sites.
*Certifications ACI Field Testing Technician Grade I is required

Work Environment/Context:
*Primarily field-based on construction sites (traditional or innovative like 3D printing).
*In 3D-printed concrete contexts , inspection will focus more on extruded material consistency, layer adhesion, reinforcement integration (if used), curing of printed elements, or final structural integrity rather than traditional pouring/forming.

We are seeking a high-volume manual labor workforce to support short-term construction projects using robotics-assisted homebuilding technology. These roles are hands-on, require operation of heavy equipment, and involve direct exposure to dry concrete and concrete waste.

The Shift differential for a swing shift is 6% The shift differential for a night shift is 9%
Candidates will be working on military sites, so they have to be US citizens, as these projects are for the government.
Candidates must be willing to travel to the US for up to two months at a time

Must be willing to travel to U.S. job sites for up to two months at a time.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be U.S. citizens due to military/government site access.
Willingness to work outside in the elements at all hours of the day.
PPE is required and will be provided
Candidates must supply their own steel toes.

Testing 3D printed concrete. Willingness to operate robotics and perform basic troubleshooting.
Experience with operating heavy machinery, telehandlers, forklifts, skid steers, etc.
