Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Execute on the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale internal events.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, resources, spend and dependencies are clearly tracked and surfaced to internal leaders-supporting operational excellence, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment.
  • Apply Agile ways of working adapting relevant agile methodologies to event planning and delivery, including sprint-based planning, RAID logs, backlog prioritization, iterative refinement, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Drive cross-functional and cross-workstream collaboration, managing deliverables with project teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to create seamless, highquality event execution that builds on the existing ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, accessibility standards, and audience experience expectations.
  • Maintain internal tracking systems-Teams files, chats, and communications-to ensure consistent updates and proper version management.
  • Analyze performance metrics and insights from events and sprints, providing data-driven recommendations that strengthen future experiences and enable continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Project planning & scoping - defining objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures
  • Working proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., RAID logs, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog management) with the ability to flex practices, prioritize outcomes, and deliver using the approach that best meets customer needs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, strategic storytelling, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong problemsolving, systems-thinking, and decision-making capabilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complexity with clarity.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with partners, facilitate workstreams, and provide constructive performance feedback.
  • Understanding of the full event lifecycle-from strategy and design through planning, production, delivery, and postevent analysis-to partner effectively with leads and ensure sprints and workstreams deliver experiences that are purposebuilt, highquality, compliant, and aligned to organizational goals.
