Pay : $21.50 per hour

Shift : 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician - Medical Devices is an entry-level role responsible for helping produce medical devices such as pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), and related components. You will work in a team within a manufacturing cell, performing basic assembly, repair, and testing tasks under close supervision. This role focuses on learning safe work practices, following instructions, and maintaining quality while gaining hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities




  • Assist with assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices following clear instructions



  • Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used



  • Follow safety rules and wear required protective equipment at all times



  • Work with team members to complete tasks efficiently



  • Learn and apply basic Lean Manufacturing principles



  • Help ensure all parts are tracked and quality issues are reported



  • Participate in training and continuous improvement activities



  • Use simple computer systems to record production information



  • Handle small parts carefully and maintain attention to detail



  • Ask questions and seek guidance from supervisors when needed




Job Requirements




  • High school diploma or equivalent



  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully



  • Willingness to learn hands-on assembly and testing processes



  • Attention to detail and interest in quality work



  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
