Reporting to the Senior Director, Data Analytics & AI, the AI Solutions Analyst will support the design, development, and deployment of applied AI solutions, with a strong focus on rapid prototyping, MVP delivery, and continuous iteration using low/no-code tools. The role will also contribute to data analysis and visualization efforts, leveraging PowerBI to support AI-enabled insights and reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead business analysis activities for AI-enabled initiatives, guiding work from ideation through discovery, model considerations, development, testing, and production implementation.
  • Partner with end users and AI Engineer to translate business opportunities into structured use cases, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Independently build and deploy AI-powered MVPs using primarily low/no-code tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, etc.).
  • Work directly with business partners to shape early concepts into well-defined functional and technical requirements making judgements on how to improve business operations with AI, what technology to use, and developing proof of concepts independently for the business partners.
  • Use working knowledge of key systems to identify source data, validate data requirements, and support analytical needs for AI and traditional digital projects.
  • Assess AI project needs and available technologies to define appropriate solutions.
  • Apply prior experience with vibe coding to rapidly prototype, iterate, and validate concepts in collaboration with technical teams (e.g., experience building prototypes in tools like Copilot Studio, Replit, Lovable and other vibe coding tools, to build proof of concepts for production applications).
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support AI solutions, track adoption, and surface key insights for stakeholders; create and troubleshoot reports and dashboards independently with a lot of new reports and dashboards needing to be built in this growth area.
  • Collaborate with data and IT partners to ensure AI solutions and dashboards are aligned with data governance and reporting standards.
  • Communicate project progress, outcomes, and next steps through regular updates, documentation, and presentations.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing AI solutions and workflows.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed in support of the Data, Analytics & AI team.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in consulting, product solutions, data analysis, or related fields, with demonstrated hands-on work in applied AI solutions

Hands-on experience with low-code or no-code platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Platform, workflow automation tools, AI builders, Azure AI Foundry)

Familiarity with prompt design best practices, including evaluation, iteration, and alignment with business use cases

Experience creating Power BI dashboards, including basic data modeling and visualization best practices

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK

Requires a minimum of 3 days a week onsite; the on-campus requirement is subject to modification based on organizational need.

Occasional evening/weekend work required.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS YOU MAY HAVE

  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial or innovation-oriented environment is a plus

This is an exempt position with the following pay range: $112,145- $124,604; the role is also eligible for bonuses based on performance and budget.

Babson College offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees working at least 28 hours per week.
