As a Screener at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will monitor access points, screen visitors and deliveries, and conduct routine patrols to help identify and help to deter security-related incidents. You will stay visible, communicate clearly with staff and guests, and provide customer service that reflects Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity, all while putting people first in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Screen and verify individuals entering designated areas by checking identification, confirming authorization, and directing foot traffic to approved access points.
• Monitor entry points, queues, and surrounding areas for unusual activity and/or policy violations, and report concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when directed by post orders.
• Complete required logs and reports, document screening activity and incidents, and communicate shift updates to oncoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
