DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Answer incoming calls, take orders and assist with/resolve service calls from providers/customers



RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Maintain standard 5S workplace organization and cleanliness expectations

*Provide support for service calls related to Stealth products, including troubleshooting and technical assistance

*Answer incoming calls to the Customer Service Representative's direct line and the general Customer Service queue

*Accurately process quotes and orders received via phone, fax, voicemail, and email

*Assist customers with rush orders, cancellations, and time-sensitive requests

*Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned territory, maintaining high-level written and verbal communication with Regional representatives

*Review account-sensitive data to identify opportunities for sales growth and customer engagement

*Participate in continuing education and training as required

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Focus on Lean continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Stealth Products retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary



REQUIRED SKILLS

Must be a team player, professional, highly detail-oriented and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment

Must have:

*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel

*Intermediate Microsoft Navision skills

*Excellent web navigation skills

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills



PREFERRED SKILLS

*Comprehensive and advanced knowledge of all current Stealth product lines



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Technical role with Stealth Products, OR 3 years of Customer Service or Technical experience



PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*5 years of experience in a Customer Service or Technical role

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)



PREFERRED EDUCATION

*High School Diploma or GED



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
