Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees; Develops and manages relationships with staffing
agencies; Leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles; Directly or indirectly oversees performance management practices; manages the
succession planning and talent management cycle; Monitors effectiveness of processes; Conduct Talent Reviews; Directly or indirectly oversee the development and
administration of local and corporate training offerings; Monitor the effectiveness of training and development; Support development of senior roles; Responsible
for managing all employee grievances and disciplinary processes; Could liaison with unions or works councils; Facilitate the annual merit review cycle; ensure
appropriate allocation of variable compensation; Liaison with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes; Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop
a team of HR staff.

Qualifications:

Education: University Degree(or international equivalent); Advanced Degree Preferred.
Minimum Experience: Minimum Experience 6 to 8+ Years.
