Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a primary strategic advisor to complex healthcare clients, influencing participation in Vizient analytics, intelligence, and service solutions. You will leverage deep expertise in Vizient and Sg2 analytics to deliver integrated insights and advisory services that drive executive decision-making and measurable client value. You will anticipate client needs, align cross-functional resources, influence adoption of data-driven solutions, and guide organizations through strategic growth, performance improvement, and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and executive partner for small, mid-sized, and large complex client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to help clients leverage Vizient and Sg2 analytic tools to support strategic planning and operational priorities.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that integrate data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and inform executive decision-making.
  • Drive adoption of Vizient Data & Digital solutions by identifying aligned opportunities and maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline.
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings and strategic discussions that promote alignment, influence engagement, and support key business decisions.
  • Align internal resources, including Product Advisors and data operations teams, to ensure data integrity and deliver integrated solutions to complex healthcare challenges.
  • Support revenue growth through client retention and identification of expanded service and subscription opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen executive relationships that advance account development and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to recognize business signals and recommend additional solutions that address evolving client needs.
  • Provide voice-of-the-client insights to product management and recommend differentiated solution strategies that enhance value and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in a hospital, healthcare system, or healthcare consulting environment required.
  • Experience in strategic planning, business development, or enterprise growth initiatives within healthcare preferred.
  • Experience supporting operations, quality improvement, or performance transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare analytics, data interpretation, and strategic advisory services.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and executive-level client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive-level clients.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
