Overview of this Position:

The Project Manager, Administration supports GRAM's core values by developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that engage employees and align with the company's mission. This role is responsible for overseeing facilities projects, assisting with the design presentations, supporting payroll and benefits communication, organizing events, and driving employee engagement through innovative channels. Collaborating closely with leadership, this role ensures clear communication, operational efficiency, and a strong organizational culture through ongoing administrative support and strategic project work. This is a part-time role, working approximately 30 hours per week; this is an on-site role.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent work experience defined as 2+ years of experience in project management, accounting, finance, administration, event planning/coordination, hospitality, human resources, or a related field.
  • Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva and Outlook.
  • HRIS and payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and execute communication strategies for internal audiences.
  • Oversee the custodial staff, including doing regular check-ins and dispatching staff to immediate needs.
  • Foster employee engagement through creative and innovative communication methods for ongoing and new initiatives.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and other general administrative functions.
  • Support benefit and payroll change management and communication efforts (i.e.- change of benefits communications).
  • Develop and implement bonus and other reward programs that align with the strategic plan of the company.
  • Assist Director of Administration in long-term operational improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs and corporate culture feedback processes
  • Coordinate divisional or other events.
  • Develop feedback channels to measure employee satisfaction with internal communications.

PAID HOLIDAYS: We offer 10 paid holidays per calendar year with immediate eligibility!
