Job Details

FormularyDecisions (FormularyDecisions Platform | Cencora) is a digital platform connecting biopharma companies to their healthcare decision makers (HCDMs). The platform provides verified HCDM users access to an information repository of credible, evidence-based scientific resources to support formulary decision making. FormularyDecisions provides biopharma company subscribers with broad access to HCDMs in support of their brand across the product lifecycle, from pre-approval and beyond.

This Engagement position will play a key role in our HCDM user strategy and tactics. This position is responsible for recruiting and retaining active HCDM users for FormularyDecisions.

Responsibilities:

  • The position supports various activities related to communications, conferences, presentations, platform demonstrations, and platform administration.

  • Lead clinical content strategy, development, execution, and ongoing management, including third-party content integration, working collaboratively across the organization.

  • Curate clinical and economic content through eNewsletter dissemination, including topics such as pipeline, FDA approvals, and other FormularyDecisions content.

  • Provide leadership in developing, testing, and presenting recruitment and engagement strategies among key market segments; develop strategies for continued improvement and growth.

  • Develop, actively monitor, report, and present recruitment and engagement metrics based on a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Lead conference planning and execution for FormularyDecisions team.

  • Develop and collaboratively support creation of marketing collateral (HCDM newsletter, custom email templates and outreach, promotional cutsheets, recorded demonstrations) and deliver/participate in virtual demonstrations.

  • Manage, guide, and engage key market segments by conducting market research; present key findings to cross-functional teams.

  • Support business development efforts including lead generation, conference participation, and research and dissemination.

  • Mentor and train junior team members in clinical and managed care concepts.

  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Education:

The position requires the ability to interact with a wide variety of internal functions/roles and HCDM users. The individual in this position should be viewed as a skilled professional with the following experience. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree (in Health Economics, Pharmacy Administration, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, Clinical Epidemiology, Public Health Policy, or relevant field) or six (6) years of equivalent related experience.A postgraduate degree (e.g., Ph.D., DrPH, M.D., PharmD) in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred, but not required.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a US managed care organization or related companies, with experience in formulary management services. Leadership experience or desire for management responsibilities long-term.

  • Superior interpersonal skills, strong project management abilities, and effective analytical skills.

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate complex material in presentations and discussions in a straightforward manner.

  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Customer centric mind set.

  • Effective analytical skills to identify, interpret, and leverage insights.

  • Supports a learning culture of continuous improvement by identifying and actively participating in and/or leading process improvement and change management initiatives as needed.

  • Exhibits outstanding presentation, interpersonal communication, and writing skills; with the ability to influence at a senior level without direct authority (adept at distilling and communicating complex concepts in simple terms verbally and visually).

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
