Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Google Customer Success (Education) owns CDW's end-to-end Google business in Education (K-12 & Higher Ed), leading strategy and execution across Chrome, Google Workspace for Education, Gemini for Education, Amplified Services for Google, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This leader operates as a player/coach, aligning OEM and ISV partners with CDW sales, services, and operations to grow pipeline, accelerate conversion, and protect/expand renewals. The role orchestrates cross-functional motions with ITS Solution Architecture, Product & Partner Management (PPM), Purchasing, Services R&D, Education Presales, Marketing, and Field Sales to deliver outcomes tied to revenue, margin, adoption, and customer value. What you will be doing:
  • Own the Google Education business at CDW and establish multi-year strategies.
  • Design and run national sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Partner with GCS/Education Presales to govern renewal engines and communications.
  • Act as primary point of contact for Google Education.
  • Align cross-functional teams to support service attach and delivery quality.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Google Customer Success team.
  • Deliver scorecards, updates, and present at Education events.
  • Success Metrics
    - Pipeline growth and conversion benchmarks.
    - Bookings and revenue growth.
    - Renewal performance metrics.
    - Services attach and adoption.
    - Partner health indicators.
What we expect from you:
  • 8+ years in Education technology roles; 3+ years of people leadership.
  • Demonstrated success with Google Education solutions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven operator comfortable with forecasts and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree, a plus.
  • Direct OEM/ISV relationship experience, a plus.
  • Public sector/education experience, a plus.
