Title: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
Reports to: Sr Manager, FP&A
Location: Norwalk
Flexible working schedule: Hybrid, flexible options available

Travel: Must be able to travel as required for occasional meetings and conferences.

Position Overview

The Manager, FP&A serves as a critical leader within the Corporate FP&A team, responsible for driving accurate forecasts, delivering executivelevel financial insights, and improving enterprise reporting capabilities. This individual will partner closely with business leaders, including Csuite executives, to guide strategic decisionmaking and ensure financial discipline across the organization. This position will be a key contributor in the Corporate FP&A team, lead the SG&A budget/forecasting and analysis, lead complex financial projects, responsible for advanced financial modeling, business unit and product line analysis and serve as a resource and mentor to junior analysts.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting for Corporate SG&A cost centers, including ownership of variance analysis.

  • Partner directly with Csuite executives to monitor functional spending, influence strategic decisions, and deliver proactive financial recommendations.

  • Oversee reporting and consolidation of Total Terex SG&A, delivering clear insights on key variance drivers.

  • Prepare and present financial materials for Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors.

  • Support reporting of monthly business unit results, identifying key trends and drivers

  • Manage and execute complex crossfunctional projects involving financial, accounting, and operational analysis.

  • Oversee industry, economic, and competitive benchmarking analyses to inform strategy and planning.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance forecasting, reporting, and analytics efficiency; play a key leadership role in the Driverbased forecasting transformation project.

  • Manage development and maintenance of OneStream reports, templates, and other critical reporting tools.

  • Lead and support additional FP&A initiatives and adhoc analyses as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree or certification (MBA, CPA, CFA) preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A or related financial experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with OneStream and/or Oracle financial systems.

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including experience presenting to senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities.

  • Proven problemsolving ability and a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

  • Growth mindset and commitment to professional development.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $110,400 - 138,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
