About the Role

We are looking for an Analytics Solutions Architect to join our data analytics team and support our mission of generating actionable insights. In this role, you will drive the delivery of analytics solutions within SAP and other software applications; including the development of in-app reports and extraction of data for business intelligence applications. You will partner cross-functionally with teams in supply chain, sales and IT to advance analytics and reporting maturity through digital transformation initiatives. This position offers flexible work arrangement options, including on-site at our facility in Flagstaff or Phoenix, Arizona, hybrid or fully remote in most locations within the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with value stream teams and analysts to understand business needs and translate them into SAP enabled analytical solutions.
  • Design and develop embedded analytics data models and custom S/4HANA CDS views to support data extractionand custom Fiori analytical applications.
  • EvaluateSAPdeliveredFiorianalytical content, conduct demos with business users, andidentifygaps requiring custom solutions.
  • Lead thedevelopmentlifecycle, testing, and deployment of custom SAP analytics content across project landscapes.
  • Provide technical leadership to offshore analytics developers and ensure consistent quality and alignment toanalyticsstandards.
  • Prepare technical specifications, solution documentation, and testing evidence to supportsustainmentand improvementprocesses.
  • Identifydata sources, CDS views, and extraction pathwaysrequiredto supportingestion into Databricks.
  • Advance analytics best practicesfor embedded reporting and dataextractionwithenterpriseand manufacturingapplications.
  • Maintain compliance with training expectations asrequiredfor this position
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in DataAnalytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, ora relatedtechnical discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant analytics, data engineering, orERPbasedreporting experience, includinghandsonwork designing enterprisereportingsolutions.
  • Extensive experience with SAP or another major ERP system, including a strong understanding of SAP data structures, CDS views, embedded analytics, or Fiori analytical applications.
  • Demonstrated experience designing or developing data models, data extractions, or integrations that support enterprise reporting or analytics use cases.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolvingskills, with the ability to translate complex business questions into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong project execution and communication skills, including the ability to define projects, set stakeholder expectations, organize workstreamsand deliver solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of partners in complex projects
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in relatedtechnicaldiscipline
  • Extensive experience working withmultiplecomplex enterprise systemsbeyond ERP, such asPLM, MES, CRM, oranotherlargescale platform
  • Expertisewith modern analytics or cloud data technologies

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
