Janitor

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by performing a variety of essential cleaning tasks. Responsibilities include vacuuming and buffing floors, shampooing carpets, emptying trash receptacles, and replacing liners. You'll also assist with the collection and removal of materials and work closely with fellow janitors to meet and document Master Sanitation requirements.

What this role is about:

• Works in all areas of the plant including break room, locker rooms, offices and corridors.

• Cleans to meet customer and supervisor expectations.

• Responsible to adhere to quality system requirements.

• Work safely effectively, and efficiently.

• Operate the floor scrubber.

• Follows procedures and work instructions set forth through SOP's

• Track and maintain information on a database.

• Able and willing to work safely with chemicals.

• Be able to work weekends (including Saturday and Sunday) and off shifts if needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Janitorial/Sanitation experience preferred

• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently

• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
