We are seeking a highly skilled and impactful individual to join a dynamic team dedicated to creating clear, actionable guidance. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing essential documentation that translates complex internal concepts into accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences, including internal leaders, HR professionals, and business stakeholders. Your contributions will directly enhance user experience and facilitate seamless adoption of strategic planning initiatives.

**What you will do:**

* Create clear, actionable user documentation and guidance to support the launch of strategic planning initiatives.

* Develop compelling content targeted to internal leaders, HR professionals, and business stakeholders.

* Write comprehensive user guides, process documentation, and best practice guidance.

* Review and edit content for internal platforms and stakeholder communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Communications, or equivalent experience.

* 4+ years of experience writing documentation, user guides, or business communications, preferably for complex business systems or internal platforms.

* Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for diverse audiences.

* Strong understanding of business processes and proven ability to write effectively for executive and operational audiences.

* 4-6 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

* 4-6 years of experience in Business Writing.

* 4-6 years of experience in Content Development.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated success creating high-impact documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications.

* Experience writing for business planning, financial operations, or internal HR platforms.

* Experience working closely with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

* An effective multi-tasker who navigates a fast-paced environment with efficiency and balances competing priorities.

* Strong customer-focused thinking with the ability to anticipate user needs and questions.

* Familiarity with business planning, financial planning, or internal HR systems.
