Are you a visionary creative leader ready to make a significant impact? As a key member of the Premium Content Production team, you will be at the forefront of developing groundbreaking co-branded campaigns. Your work will directly influence how a premier entertainment service and external brands engage with audiences, shaping narratives and delivering unparalleled customer experiences across a vast digital landscape. In this pivotal role, you will guide custom campaigns from initial concept to successful launch, collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams. You'll be instrumental in expanding video assets into comprehensive 360-degree placements, ensuring every campaign not only pushes creative boundaries but also deeply resonates with the end customer. Your strategic thinking and hands-on creative leadership will drive projects that demand both a big-picture vision and meticulous attention to detail, consistently upholding the highest standards of creative excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate closely with senior creative leadership to align on strategic direction and creative vision.

* Lead the development and execution of campaign concepts, providing creative direction for video-first initiatives within production and intellectual property guidelines.

* Partner with art directors, copywriters, solutions managers, and producers to craft customer-focused creative solutions.

* Oversee and develop compelling copy and messaging tailored for diverse digital and real-world platforms.

* Oversee and write engaging video scripts for various content formats, from short-form content to extensive digital platform pages.

* Manage the creative aspects of client relationships, confidently presenting creative concepts and copy solutions to internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners.

* Utilize a strong visual sensibility to provide feedback and elevate the visual quality of all creative materials.

* Regularly present to and cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners.

* Contribute to the refinement and documentation of creative and writing processes.

* Maintain consistent creative excellence across multiple concurrent, high-priority projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest creative standards and business objectives under tight deadlines.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Exceptional copywriting skills with a proven track record.

* Strong strategic thinking ability, capable of seeing the big picture and elevating details.

* A keen visual eye with the ability to provide constructive feedback and raise creative standards.

* Deep experience in video content creation, from concept to execution.

* Demonstrated ability to be innovative, adaptable, and self-reliant in a fast-paced environment.

* Commitment to delivering exceptional work that aligns with brand goals and industry best practices.

* Proven ability to embody customer obsession, insisting on the highest standards, bias for action, and delivering results under tight deadlines.

* Experience in leading custom campaigns from creative brief to launch.

* Proficiency in overseeing and writing various forms of compelling copy and video scripts.

* Experience owning client relationships and presenting creative concepts to diverse stakeholders.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience within the entertainment industry.

* Experience with co-branded campaigns and activations.
