POSITION SUMMARY The Patient Safety & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, RN supports the development, implementation, and sustainment of an organization-wide patient safety and regulatory compliance program. Reporting to the Director of Quality, Patient Safety, and Regulatory Compliance, this role collaborates with cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen the culture of safety, improve system reliability, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. The Coordinator supports a portfolio of quality and process improvement initiatives, including project scoping and design, process redesign, implementation testing, performance measurement, data analysis, and sustainment planning. The role requires strong clinical insight, project management skills, and expertise in patient safety science and process improvement methodologies. Education / Certification
