Inside the Role

This position will have the primary duties of processing all inbound shipments, including system transactions and appropriate paperwork. There will be some daily reports that need to be created and maintained as well as other misc. tasks. This position will report to the Materials Supervisor.

Position offers a starting salary range of$23 - $29/hr. USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Process receiving documents for inbound shipments and custom papers

  • Provide clerical related services and assistance to the department.

  • Prepare and compose reports as necessary.

  • Establish and maintain files and records.

  • Be able to interface with all levels of management.

  • Be familiar with operating procedures of assigned area.

  • Perform special projects and duties as assigned by the supervisor and Manager.

  • Maintain and update receiving Data Bases.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Associate's Degree or 2 years of related experience required.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience with IMS, MRP, or SAP.
