About You
As a career marketing professional, you have broad experience within the A/E/C industry in management and oversight of teams that drive technical content and compelling sales strategies; graphic design and visual media deliverables; business development training; branding; storytelling; and the many logistics that connect marketing systems, information, and people. You seek collaboration and input from others but are organized, decisive, and take timely and progressive steps to meet the needs of internal teams and teammates.

In the role of Marketing Systems and Information Manager, you will shape the technological backbone that powers our global marketing success. The systems and insights you steward will directly influence how our marketing strategies become measurable, high impact results across every region we serve.
You will lead a talented team of specialty platform owners who collectively optimize the suite of tools that drive our strategic marketing capabilities. Your leadership will ensure these technologies not only function but become a competitive advantage.

In this highly visible role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the organization to align our platforms with bold business objectives and maximize marketing ROI. Beyond strategic alignment, you will also guide the critical day to day decisions that determine the architecture of our future systems, decisions that will define how our marketing engine evolves for years to come.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity, accessibility, and strategic use of marketing information across the enterprise, in partnership with the Director of Marketing and Growth.
  • Oversee the tools, platforms, and data that power marketing operations and business development. Administer and optimize marketing platforms, content management libraries, and digital asset management systems.
  • Support acquisition firm candidate due diligence and firm integrations in partnership with Executive Leadership and Mergers and Acquisitions Team.
  • Lead the implementation of Client Relationship Management (CRM) and future new systems to support marketing and business development workflows.
  • Coordinate with IT, ERP, and vendors to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system performance.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized marketing data including client records, pursuit history, and project information.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
  • Support ad hoc reporting needs for strategic initiatives and executive presentations.
  • Lead partnership of marketing, business development, finance, and technical teams to align systems and data with strategic goals.
  • Supervise and support team members responsible for business development training and business development system administration, data management, and reporting.
  • Ensure workload balance and timely delivery of team objectives.
  • Consult with software vendors and IT teams to manage upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align systems with broader organizational goals.

Requires

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, data management, or systems administration in the A/E/C industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing databases, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and training teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of business intelligence and performance metrics.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) $120,000 - $200,000
