This position is under the supervision or in collaboration with practice physicians, involved in the care of individuals, families and patient groups who are dealing with cancer or other related diagnosis. This care may be in clinic or virtually, via telemedicine. Responsibilities may include duties related to prevention, screening, and patient care. May serve as direct caregiver, health care consultant, or patient educator. Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards and requirements. Supports and adheres to the MO Cancer Associates Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. This position is full-time (7:30-4, Monday - Friday) and located at Missouri Cancer Associates, 1705 E Broadway, Columbia, MO. Call Requirements include 1 night per week. Qualifications Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing school and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program. This position typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner, preferably in the chosen specialty. RN state licensure and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner. AOCNP preferred.
