As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will coordinate security-related activity by monitoring assigned areas, tracking patrol and incident communications, and supporting rapid, professional responses. You will remain visible and service-minded while helping reduce disruptions through clear reporting and teamwork. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements, with a role grounded in integrity, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Support dispatch operations by monitoring inbound and outbound vehicle activity, coordinating with shipping and receiving staff, and maintaining accurate logs of trailer numbers, load details, and driver check-in and check-out activity.
• Control access points by verifying identification, issuing visitor and/or contractor credentials, and directing traffic flow for delivery trucks and employee vehicles in accordance with site instructions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting issues, documenting events, and communicating with site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, yard, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards, damaged equipment, and/or unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
