Full-Time Maintenance Position

The Greenville Area School District is seeking to fill a Full-Time maintenance position for 1^st shift, 6am-2: 30 pm.  The applicant will possess a comprehensive knowledge of building operating systems (CMMS, BAS) and general knowledge of regulations and codes. The candidate will perform maintenance tasks as assigned, requiring working knowledge in the areas of carpentry, plumbing, general maintenance/labor, and high/low voltage electrical systems. Applicants with experience in the field of HVAC-R, DDC, and mechanical systems are preferred.

The application of safety standards and precautions are a must.  The job will require the individual to bend, twist, stoop, climb, and lift items up to 75 lbs.  The successful applicant must be reliable, self-motivated, a team player and have a willingness to learn.  Must also have own tools, transportation and a clean driving record.  Some overtime will be required.
