* BA/gathering requirements - Internship to 2 years * SQL knowledge - Internship to 2 years * Strong communication skills with business/IT *Description* * Our customer is seeking to add a Junior Technical Business Analyst to their team that is experiencing growth due to the high demands of turning data into more efficient ways to help there customers user experience and internal employees. * Someone with strong communication skills that has the confidence to reach out to stakeholders, set meetings with them, gather requirements, document, and bring them back into reporting and create business outcomes. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and define business requirements and rules based on business decisions. * Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement and support business requirements. * Gather and analyze information from various sources (interviews, workshops, surveys, documentation). * Translate high-level information into detailed, actionable requirements. * Act as a liaison between business, technology, and QA teams. * Coordinate and support testing efforts. * Organize and lead meetings across departments. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
