The Impact You'll Make

As a key leader in driving organizational efficiency, you will act as a strategic partner to our business units. Your work will directly enhance how we support our community by:




  • Analyzing & Designing: Leading "as-is" analysis and designing "to-be" processes using BPMN standards to align with our strategic goals.



  • Driving Innovation: Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of operational excellence and sustainable change.



  • Collaborating Across Teams: Partnering with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to ensure technical solutions meet real-world business needs.



  • Measuring Success: Defining and monitoring KPIs to track the tangible impact of your process improvements.



  • Empowering Others: Developing training materials and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.




Requirements
What You Bring to the Table


  • Experience: At least 3 years in a business process analyst or process improvement role.



  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.



  • Technical Savvy: High proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and a solid understanding of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall).



  • Strategic Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.



  • Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.



  • Preferred Certifications: CBAP, Lean, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications are highly valued.
