JOB MISSION:

Warrior Ice Arena is seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, and hard working individuals to join our team! Become a part of a thriving work environmentwith opportunities to work with and meet new people, learn new skills, and skate where the pros skate! Our goal is to provide all of our guests with a unique, fun, and safe experience here at Warrior Ice Arena!

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assisting guests with skate rentals and in our concession stand
• General Housekeeping
• Sharpening Skates/ Skate Guarding
• Preparing "made to order" food
• Event set-up/breakdown (tables/chairs/catering/etc)
• Assisting with events
• Perform cashiering duties

REQUIREMENTSFOR SUCCESS:

• Must be self-motivated
• Ability to work well with others and individually
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to skate is preferred, but not required
• Food & beverage experience preferred, but not required

Flexible Work Schedule

For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
