Job Summary:

The Associate Director, Incentive Compensation will lead the end to end Field Incentive Compensation (IC) process. Partnering with the IC Executive Committee for review and approval. Additionally, this role will support the commercial organization by owning and delivering insights, analytics, and process improvements that drive successful product performance and optimize field execution. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Finance to ensure data-driven decision-making across the commercial business.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the support of territory alignment, roster management, and incentive compensation models.

    • Incentive Compensation including planning through payout
    • Quarterly Executive review and sign off of plan and payout documentation
    • Working with finance for monthly accruals and payroll for quarterly bonus payments


  • Own field force tools such as CRM (Veeva) and reporting platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data flow for field reporting and call activity analytics.
  • Create and manage field performance reporting
  • Drive Partnership with field leadership team to prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Ad hoc reporting support for all commercial functions
  • Evaluate key market access shifts and interpret their impact on sales performance
  • Identify and implement process enhancements for data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, data sources, and reporting standards.


Key Competencies



  • 7+ years' experience managing end to end Incentive Compensation Planning, in life sciences industry
  • Bachelor's degree required

    • MBA desired


  • Tableau or similar BI tools experience required
  • Strong understanding of the biotech commercial model and product launch processes
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Strong business acumen
  • Effective communicator and presenter
  • Cross-functional collaborator
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear insights to non-technical stakeholders.


Compensation:

Targeted Base: $173,979 - $214,916*

*Base Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Base pay is only one component of the company's total rewards package, all regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or the incentive compensation program (if applicable), as well as equity. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, etc.
