Position Description

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining our data analytics platforms, as well as providing insights and recommendations to our business partners regarding Modine SIOP processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business needs.
Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to drive business decisions.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality control measures and data governance practices
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide them with the data and insights they need to be successful.
Stay up-to-date on the latest data analytics technologies and trends.

Required Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
- Experience with one or more of the following automation software: Power Query, Alteryx, Power Automate.
- Experience with one or more of the following data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau.
- Experience with SQL for data querying and connecting to data lakes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Optional Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Salesforce.
