Our Corporate Marcom Operations team has an opening for a Senior Marketing Automation Manager. In this position, you will own the strategy, operations, and evolution of our Marketing Automation (MA) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) ecosystem. You will also be responsible for integrating a new CDP and advanced MA platform into our existing technology stack, while elevating how we design, execute, and optimize customer journeys across the full lifecycle.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Own the Marketing Automation and CDP strategy, aligned to marketing and sales objectives.
  • Lead the integration and ongoing optimization of a new CDP and MA platform within the existing MarTech ecosystem.
  • Oversee the design, execution, and optimization of B2B and B2C automated customer journeys across the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data, systems, and processes support scalable activation and personalization.
  • Establish best practices for MA operations, governance, and performance measurement.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 7, providing clear priorities, structure, and growth opportunities.


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Sales, Business or IT. Certifications in Adobe, Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo or other related Marketing Automation tools are desirable.
  • Work Experience: 10+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, MarTech, or related disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise MA and CDP platforms, such as: o Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo o Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience leading platform implementations and systems integrations.
  • Proven track record of improving automated journeys and marketing processes.
  • Experience managing and developing cross-functional MA teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer data, lifecycle marketing, and personalization.
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring clarity through structure and clear communication.


Location: This position must be based in Hercules, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $157,400 to $216,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
