SPA's Sea, Land, Air Analysis Group provides objective analyses, plans and strategies to US Navy, US Marine Corps, USAF, Australian Defence, and DARPA clients to support acquisition, delivery and sustainment decisions. The group includes the core of SPA thought leadership on Maritime and Undersea Strategy, Software Development and Cost Estimating, with additional specialized capabilities in AI/ML and decision analytics, modeling and simulation, and future force assessments. SPA has an immediate need for a Configuration and Data Management Analyst to support our program office client at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Responsibilities Assist in implementing government and DoD-adopted industry CM/DM policies to accomplish the following against performance, functional and physical baselines over the weapon systems life cycle: Requirements management, Change management, Deficiency reporting, Production and delivery, and Data management.
